Opening the Account

Hello, I have sent my initial payment to the Hello bank 6 days ago. However, today the Hello bank sends me an automatic email that I have to send an initial payment to activate my account. I contacted the customer service and asked for an employee who speaks english inorder to resolve the matter but she replied by that this is a French bank and we only speak French here. I felt very disappointed because I can not do the conversation in French. I don't know how to contact my bank now. My client number : 95627044662
